For a car, the Transport Bureau's fees add up to MOP 1,600: learner licence 600, theory test 300 and road test 700. Driving school fees are not included.
Some services cost 10% more for stamp duty, for example renewing a licence, exchanging a licence from another country, and the international driving licence.
